Our mother tounge

Hey guys!! Welcome back to Vatsala Shukla's blogs. Today I am back again with another hindi poem of mine.

This poem is based on our mother tounge. In this poem I have described the importance of our mother tounge, hindi.

According to me, one should learn as many languages as possible as it is important to interact with different people. If one wants to make his country progress in different fields then he will have to interact with the people of different culture, tradition and of course language. If one will be fluent in different languages then he or she will be able to understand and express his opinion in the language of common people living at that place. 

But, one should always respect his mother tounge. English should be used for official purpose but not for local use. One should interact in his mother tounge wherever possible. 

So here is one of my self composed poems which I composed on the occasion of hindi diwas which is expressing the importance of our language, hindi.

अनेकता में जहां एकता बसती है,

मिट्टी में जहां के इतिहास की छवि दिखती है,

उसी हिंदुस्तान की भाषा हिंदी से

अन्य भाषाओं की नींव बनती है।

हिंदी एक भाषा नहीं

यह तो भारत का इतिहास है,

जिस भाषा में समस्त संस्कृति बसती हो

वह अन्य भाषाओं से कुछ तो खास है।

जिस भाषा में श्रीमद भगवद्गीता भी वर्णित है,

उसी भाषा में रामायण की गाथा भी तो चर्चित है।

इससे भी अधिक महान

हमारी मातृभाषा हिंदी है,

क्योंकि यही वह भाषा है

जिसे समस्त प्रजा मां कहती है।

एक पराई भाषा के लिए

मां को नीचा मत दिखाओ,

अंग्रेजी चाहे कितनी भी महत्वपूर्ण हो जाए

उसे हिंदी से ऊपर मत बताओ।

So that was all about my poem.
