Beauty of thoughts

Hey guys! Welcome back to Vatsala Shukla's blogs. This is Vatsala Shukla and I am back again with a new self composed poem of mine. Sorry for being a bit late today. And my exams are now over so I composed a new poem just yesterday which I want to share with you.
As we all know that today is international poetry day so first of all I would like to wish all the poets in the world a really Happy poetry day. My passion lies in composing poems and stories so today I brought a new self composed poem of mine on this auspicious occasion of poetry day. Please tell me in the comment section if you too like to compose poems.☺️☺️
In this poem I have described the difference between the internal and external Beauty of a person.

The beauty of a person
Lies within his thoughts and deeds,
Without some beautiful thoughts in mind
A person is ugly indeed.

The external beauty of a man
Will leave him soon after his death,
But the beauty that lies inside
Will keep him alive for many decades.

The external beauty of a man
Will very soon turn into ash,
But the beauty that lies inside
Will stay here till the world ends.

External beauty is important
Only for presentation,
But people like or dislike you
Only due to your intention.

Hence, we all should try to enhance
The beauty of our thoughts,
As without some ideas of our own
We are considered totally naught.


So that was all about my poem which meant to show the value of internal beauty or the beauty of thoughts in a person.

THE 1971 INDO-PAKISTANI WAR

Hello friends! Welcome back to Vatsala Shukla's blogs and today I am back again with a new self composed poem of mine. So this poem is based on the 1971 INDO-PAKISTANI WAR.   The war was an air strike by Pakistan on 11 indian air force stations. This poem highlights the greatness of the warriors who fought the war. I have not described the incidents that took place in the war instead I have explained the capability of the Indians  which enables them to deal with any situation. I could not post my blogs since a long time because of some academic reasons and lack of time to compose poems. But today I could not stop myself from writing a poem and posting it on my blog.
