Farmers' tribute to our motherland

Hello friends! Welcome back to Vatsala Shukla's blog. Today I am back again with a new self written poem of mine. Today  I have brought a poem dedicated to the farmer's of our country.

Far away from our cities

In some fertile fields,

Some people are working hard

For us to make the crops yield.

Everyday by using plough

Soiling up their clothes,

They tend crops to their need

To provide us with our daily oats.

They sow seeds and irrigate the land

And nurish the crops like their diety,

But still they face so many struggles

From poverty to bankruptcy.

But their courage is at the top

Forgetting such difficulties,

As farming is their devotion

To the crops, their diety.

Their work is not an easy task

For anyone who is alive,

Only a person with courage and devotion

Can spend in such a way his life.

Everyone who is living in this world

Need some food to gain strength,

Hence we all should thank the farmers

For working for our daily breads.

So that was all about my poem.
